From machine building to an event venue in Charlottenburg.
The Gebauer Höfe in Berlin-Charlottenburg were built at the end of the 19th century as the site of the renowned C.L.P. Fleck Söhne machine factory — later taken over and expanded by the Gebauer company. For more than a century, industrial history was written here: from machine building to print shops and workshops that helped shape the face of Berlin.
Today the Gebauer Höfe are a lively quarter of creative businesses, studios and gastronomy. With the opening of Anna Spree in 2026 in Building 90, event life returns to one of the most beautiful halls of the ensemble — restored under heritage protection and equipped to an uncompromisingly modern standard.
Hall, foyer & terrace — three spaces, one venue.
Three spaces that can be booked individually or combined — from an intimate reception in the foyer to an exclusive full booking of all of Anna Spree.
Hall
Main hall with exposed brick, steel beams and a 6.00 × 3.50 m stage. A flexible truss rig, black acoustic curtains and a neutral floor make the space work for everything from intimate concerts to galas.
Foyer
Bright industrial foyer with generous mullioned windows and a free-standing bar. Ideal as a reception and catering area, a space for walking acts, or a stand-alone venue for smaller formats.

Terrace
Spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the Gebauer Höfe grounds. Currently affected by construction work — we look forward to welcoming guests here again soon.
